The Desert View Inn is appropriately named for the view from the motel room front doors.  Because the Desert View Inn was built on the hill, it has one of, if not the BEST view of the Turtleback mountain.   The morning sunrise and the evening sunsets prove to be breathtaking.

The Desert View Inn has FREE parking for boats and Recreational Vehicles.  The Desert View Inn also has outdoor110v outlets for boat charging.  Just a few miles away is the Tesla owned SUPERCHARGING station.   If you have an EV and want a slow charge, you can use the 110 too!

Short or Long Term Stays

The Desert View Inn welcomes short and extended stays.  We love our traveling nurses and medical personnel.  The hospital is only a few minutes away.  We have a few rooms equipped with full kitchens, ovens and range tops.  All rooms have refrigerators and microwaves.  Inquire about our long term rates!

Town of Truth or Consequences

The Desert View Inn motel is located between Las Cruces and Albuquerque off I-25 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.  TorC is one hour from Las Cruces, one hour from Silver City, one hour from Socorro, New Mexico and two hours from Albuquerque.  It is minutes from Elephant Butte Lake and home to the historic hot water district. TorC is a funky, quirky town with an amazing art district, shopping, dining, and golf and you can enjoy all of it from your home base at the Desert View Inn motel.  We are the best 2 star motel in the area!
